After the death of her beloved Sadie earlier this year, Rita began writing a book entitled "Sadie's Heart." In this book, Rita shares stories of losing some of her own feline companions, as well as the stories of others who have been through it as well. This collection of stories is meant to help others to feel less alone and to guide them beyond the grief to feel the love their kitties leave behind.

REST IN PEACE, SWEET SADIE ANGEL

Sadie was born with Ventral Septel Defect,
and although we were told she wouldn't live past 6 months of age,
she was with us for 2-months shy of seven years.
She left us very suddenly and unexpectedly.

We are forever heartbroken.
